To provide shipowners and operators with rapid, safe, and class-approved technical solutions that minimise downtime and risk while maximising operational continuity—wherever the vessel is.
Our Goal
HSE first. Our teams work under strict safety procedures with certified lifting gear and calibrated instruments. Method statements and risk assessments are prepared in advance. We align with major class societies requirements (e.g., ABS, DNV, LR, BV, KR) and coordinate third-party inspections when needed.
Quality control. We operate checklists for each task category (wires, steel, engines), verify materials against certs, and preserve measurement traceability. Deviations are recorded and rectified before handover.

1. Inquiry & Scope – We review RFQ/spec, photos and vessel data (IMO, port, ETA, constraints).
2. Method & Pricing – We propose a method statement, manpower/tools list and a clear day-rate or fixed-price offer.
3. Mobilisation – Visas, passes, logistics and spares arranged; team and tools dispatched to vessel or yard.
4. Execution – Works performed to class and HSE standards, with in-process checks and supervisor sign-offs.
5. Testing & Verification – Load, function and performance tests; third-party NDT where required.
6. Documentation & Handover – Reports with photos, measurements, torque logs, weld maps, certificates and final sign-off.
7. Aftercare – Post-job support, recommendations and parts availability for follow-up maintenance.
Primary focus: Asia (Korea, Japan, China) and the Persian Gulf countries
Global support: Worldwide services via partner network and selected yards
Modes: Voyage attendance, harbour operations, and dry-dock supervision
We routinely work on car carriers (high elevator & crane utilisation), OSV/AHTS and DP vessels (mission-critical deck equipment), bulkers and general cargo ships. Our teams adapt procedures to each vessel’s operational profile, schedule and safety constraints.
Leadership & Team
AMEKOREA is led by marine engineers and former superintendents with decades of hands-on experience at sea and in shipyards. Technicians are vetted for competence in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic disciplines, with ongoing HSE and method training. We keep teams compact and focused, scaling manpower only when the scope requires it.
Partners & Network
We collaborate with audited workshops, yards and inspection bodies to deliver consistent results—whether that’s prefabrication before docking, emergency mobilisation during voyage, or third-party NDT at short notice. Our partner network allows us to match scope, schedule and budget without compromising compliance.
Sustainability & Responsibility
We plan jobs to reduce rework, idle time and unnecessary port stays. Materials are selected for longevity and traceability. Waste and scrap handling follow local and yard rules, with attention to environmental guidelines and safe disposal.
Insurance & Assurance
We maintain appropriate liability and work insurance; additional coverage and endorsements can be arranged per project. On request, we provide method statements, risk assessments, tool calibration certs and personnel qualifications prior to mobilisation.
